I am trying 14 but i am wondering why you added this 2 days ago since these jumps are no longer possible with the new update...

[edit] found out a jump almost straight out from start and jumping right in the corner so that you jump back with "lean" gets you past the spinner. Is this what you mean? because you refer to making the jump as the low wall double jump.

Yeah, that lean signifies the lowest I've ever gotten with that jump. The extra velocity is what saves you. What makes the position even stronger is the fact that you have to face again on the way back, and the timing isn't as trivial, because it's so far away.

I'm still using number 12 more. Let me know if you ever get that 12 with 14's spinner position, I wasn't able to find a way up the column, but I'm sure there is one. And thanks for the comment. Over a thousand views and you are the first one to comment on a base. Haha.

Don't you have a saw on an other trap setup? You can make a Post-Patch SJ with it...

Hi ezov,

  1. Try, practicing against the homing cannon first (move the spinners out of the way). Just get up however you can.
  2. Once you can get to the totem and understand where you need to jump. Start from the actual door placement and then work your way left. This is the starting position you need to know the timing from. Practice from there.
  3. Add in the spinner and hope your timing wait for the cannon works. If not adjust it by waiting for one more shot.

Are 7# and 8# still doable with the new physic update? I'm searching for a very hard base to beat for this layout but running out of ideas^^

#7 and #8 both require a a low wall jump which was removed, so they can no longer be saved. However, #9 can be saved with the new physics.

 

When looking for dungeons, try not to focus on one particular layout. Try to focus on the trap positions and shapes of the terrain they protect.

You'll notice that #14 has a great spinner position that your layout can allow. (even if i used it in a different layout, the shape of the path needed still follows the same course). I'd suggest looking at the traps you have and searching for good individual positions that are strong in the bends and turns within your layout.
