Psycho is currently barely able to communicate and compile moves. Given the nature of the map and the game right now I think it's not unreasonable to halt the game temporarily until he has a device again to actually discuss and send moves.

TURN 10 SUMMARY

Cannons.

 

Samad builds a fort at #2.

usb stacks troops in #3 and rebuilds the fortress on it using one troop.

Brew_Thief expands into The Dark Mountain with 2 cavalry troops. In addition, he moves artillery into #11 and sieges Toxic Island using it, killing 6 of Samad's troops.

Psycho builds cities at #24 and at #16. He moves his artillery from #9 to #8 and sieges #6 with it, rendering it neutral. He also attacks Dan at #33 with artillery from #41, killing many troops.

Segaco turns 9 troops in his HQ into 3 artillery units, and the rest into cavalry. Using these forces, he attacks #32 and takes it over. He then sieges #31 with the artillery units.

DanFariasM simply stays put but is evidently cornered by heavy cannons!

Sotherogue builds a city in #43 and moves forces from Daein to #38 and from #37 to #30 respectively.

The intimidation bonuses are as follows:

TURN 12 SUMMARY
Samad sleeps and loses Corruptium because of it.
USB stacks his troops in #3.
DanFariasM stacks as well.
Brew_Thief and Psycho undergo a series of trades again to maneuver their armies into position. Brew_Thief goes on to siege Toxic Island, overtake it from poor Samad, and even push onwards into #6 and #4 using cavalry troops. Psycho takes over #18 and sieges USB's #3 with three artilleries, ruining the fortress and killing 7 troops.
Segaco moves artillery to #32 and uses them to nuke Dan; this worked successfully, and it eliminated Dan from the game entirely. He then goes on to attack #36 to neutralize the freshly created artillery there and kill a couple troops.
Sotherogue went to neutralize cannons himself. He pushed his infantry from #30 to #31 and sent six troops to neutralize the cannons in #32. However, he found only one such cannon, and destroyed it successfully.
 
INFLUENCE POINTS
The IP changes are:

The new map was known in Telegram for a while, but I haven't updated it here. Sorry about that.

 

The game is kind of beyond recognition. Sotherogue resigned from playing, and whomever of Brew or Psycho wins depends arbitrarily on the win conditions and their own agreement (they specified they'd play for a tie if the rules allow it).

I will calculate IP later, when I'm back home from dinner. But I can reveal the winning condition.
You can earn Victory Points now each turn. They are re-counted each turn, so they do not stack like IP. You win the game if you manage to hold 8 or more Victory Points for at least 2 turns in a row.

- For each HQ you control at the end of the turn, you gain +1 Victory Point.
- For every 10 units stationed in a single territory at the end of the turn, you gain +1 Victory Point (so 12 gives one, 23 gives 2, 39 gives 3, but 8 gives none). Cavalry and artillery will still count as 1 unit each here.
- For each 3 cities that are under your control, you gain +1 Victory Point.

I will count VP starting Turn 13 (so not right now, just yet). If I were to count now, then Brew would have 6 VP and Psycho would have 5 VP, for example.

Brew and I had already discussed we could play for a tie. We had moves in place so we would both have 8VP next turn and we would just tie, so the game would be over. If we had decided to play for the win, we would probably be playing for awhile. Alex said no, but then Sotherogue dropped out, and Alex pretty much ended the game right after that

Yeah, the game is over. We can reasonably argue that Brew and Psycho are the winners of this game.

 

Global Domination 3 might start eventually, but not in the foreseeable future. I'm way too busy for this kind of stuff now :P
