Objects in Shady Joe's Magic Book
Posted 04 July 2017 - 06:07 PM
It's a mystery to everyone. Personally I like the fun of opening boxes with random stuff in it.
Regarding the ingredients / pots / tears, the quantities should be fixed but I don't know anyone who spent materials on those recipes yet.

At now I'm 100% sure only what's in those crates. Don't know by 100% how big are gems, how much potions we'll get etc.
But I'm glad to share Skydancer's information about those crates.
•From first crate: an unique gem. Don't know it's name and value, but you can see it at no name's profile. Or at this picture:
•From second crate: 20 leaves, 15 purple dust, 2 mushrooms and 1 eyeball.
•From third crate: 25 of every potion.
Hope this helps a little bit. I try to keep in mind to update this post when I'll get better information about other items as well!
EDIT: Unique gem is called Crown Gem

I think ive opened all pots at least once, those recipes should give 3 potions.
Leaf recipe gives 5 leaves,
Dust recipe gives 3 dust
(If i recall correctly)
I will be opening some other recipes too before the event ends.

@oliver do you know how big the gems and the unique gems are?
From the help of others i have the following:
For a normal gem, you get a 40k first time, then 55k, 70k, ... 120k is the max
The 3 visible UGs will have values of 40k, 70k, and (??? Maybe 120k ???) Depending on which order you unlock them
The Crown UG in the 1st mystery box seems to be 250k regardless of any other recipes you may have opened.
Also, for low level accounts (probably under lvl 41-51), these numbers are a little smaller

Can anyone tell me if the unused reagents will stay in the book for next time Joe comes back? Thanks
Not a bad question. Thing is that Shady Joe might never come back. And even if he will come back, I'm 99,99% sure that you need to begin collecting reagents from scratch.
