Okay guys! Seems like servers are down. Anybody got an official answer?

 

EDIT: Data backed up! Every damaged player recieved 1k orbs and 1k keys. Have a nice day!

There are problems with the hosting provider.  Zepto is waiting along with all of us for the host to fix things.  There has been no estimate for when the game will be back online.

 

UPDATE: Able to reconnect but there seems to still be a problem with the game data being from an old backup.

I just saw I got a raid, went ingame and suddenly my score is a lot lower and I'm in a previous base.

 

I left instantly in case this overrides my previous save because I don't want to lose all this time played.

The server was restored to a backup form one month ago. Please hold off on spending orbs and doing anything until Zepto can restore to the correct backup. The host server went down because of a power outage. We will post a message in the News section once things are back top normal.

Not really month ago for me. Im lvl 66 instead of 180ish and I have 400k score instead of 8 mil. Maybe its different for everyone

Talk about a confidence buster, it makes me glad I never spent any money on this game.  From the multitude of bugs to server data loss setting people back over a month.  What a mess of a game.

 

Why didn't Zepto use Azure or AWS or an equally robust hosting provider with indemnification agreements?

I've lost over a month's worth of playing. Does zepto plan on correcting this? If not, there is little chance I will be returning to this game...

I just Lost more the 400k gems score, my level too, all traps level, white shadow level and my guild, WTF?

Feb 20?!  How is that even acceptable for Zepto to pretend the last few days didn't happen?  Hopefully they generously give out orbs to affected players so we don't have to go through the ridiculous 20+ hour upgrade and 12 hour ritual waits all over again.

I lost over a million in gem delta, about 12 levels, and my traps were lvl 26 and now their lvl19!

This is unexpected. Good thing that I haven't entered the game yet!

But seriously, the server's gone out, users are outraging and the forum is going haywire, which we all know that.

I just hope that Zeptolab can get this fixed as soon as possible. This has been a really bad day for them... And us, too.
