The player has quit playing. Zepto shows fake gems in these bases so there are enough bases to raid. If they didn't do this, then the game might just say all bases have already been raided and there isn't anything to raid :)

However, I thought a requirement for a base to show up at all (fake or otherwise) was that the owner of the dungeon has been active some time in the past few weeks or so. Also note that it appears that the owner of the base had a significant amount of gold in his chest (the gif is low quality but it looks like it's a 6 digit number). That would be impossible if he hasn't played in a long time.

Well those jumps are quite hard for normal player so it would be no wonder if anyone hadn't passed it.  I don't think it would be impossible at all to have that money with that base. He might though have logged once for a long time and just collected skulls and left too. I would still call that player who has quit playing.

Please do not accuse people of using hacks unless you have solid proof.

In any case, this is not a hack. It is an old maneuver called the Low Wall Jump, and it is old physics.

Why does everyone call it that? It's a spawn jump, the low wall jump is the one you perform off a corner.

I call it that because there's other spawn traps, like the one with a fast spinner right behind you.

And I call that one corner pop or delayed corner pop

A corner pop is by Fezzik, where you do a delayed perfect corner.

Edit, I think you misunderstood: low wall jump is the old patched super jump off the bottom corner of a raised up wall.

Oh, that thing. I'm sure lots of people have their own little name for it.

I think it is a pit jump.

Or...not

OH, KNEW IT!
This jump can only be performed on Windows PC.
You have to be in the edge of the wall, then press Space... KA-BOOM

This is not true whatsoever, any jump is possible on any platform, it just may seem harder or easier.
